Sage(IMP)

A member of the mint family, sage is a mini shrub with woody stems and silvery green leaves that are velvety in texture. Sage is loaded with antioxidants and is used to treat several diseases from oral health to alzheimer's. Used in cooking as seasoning and to flavour sauces, pastries and breads. It is also used in making cocktails and teas.
